The wwan card slot can install additional SSD?
If yes, what type?
Nvme? Sata?

What's the max read write speed for the SD card reader?

Getting so many issues from Lenovo.
Charged the amount to the card, then they said the funds not released and ask me to release it.
I called the bank, the bank said that the funds are charged and is currently floating.
Lenovo has to do settlement on their side so that the funds get released to them.
Lenovo never do settlement, keep asking me to ask my bank to release payment.
Problem is, payment already floating, once their sales rep or acc do their jobs and issue a settlement, the funds get released.

Small issue drag for so long, I have no hope for their after sales support and warranty.
If not for the discount, I would have immediately cancelled.

I think their sales or acc don't know how to do their jobs.
After complete sales must do settlement only can receive funds.
It's not cash purchase, complete order straight away get payment.
They billed me so many times.

Statement says already debited from my acc.
Then a couple of days later they said cannot get the payment released.
They never do settlement how to get payment released?
Then they bill again, and again, and again.
1 day bill 2 times.
Citibank thought they are scammers rejected their transaction 2 days until I call.
Just now I sent statement again, saying the payment is floating, they only need to do settlement and Citibank will release.

I really hate to deal with these types of people.
Problem on their side but they don't know how to settle it.

Just saw a Reddit post with someone getting his x395
The ram is running dual channel.

Now I just wish the stupid Lenovo sales and billing team would quickly settle my payment issue.

From what I know, 1 stick is single channel, 2 stick is dual channel.
It doubles the bandwidth.

Imagine single channel as 1 straw and dual channel as 2 straws.
The speed is how fast you can drink from the straw.
2 straws makes a big difference.

I did a little check myself.

With Citi promo, price without discount (for my selected specs) is 5.8k
With weekend promo, price without discount (same specs) is 4.7k

So yes, they are playing around with the base config prices based on discounts.
Upgrades are the same price, so if you don't upgrade much from base specs, you will save a little compared to the Citi discount.

I guess depends on where they manufacture lo.
These custom ones should have a hub where they produce a few types of models, and a few others maybe from another factory and so on.

I would suggest you get 3500U if you're aiming for R5, 2500U is older architecture and the GPU performance is about 10-20% lesser (from what I can see in some game benchmarks).
The prices aren't too much of a difference.
And you need to test the notebooks to see if you like the keyboard and build quality before buying.
But I'd suggest you check out Lenovo's offering.
Even without Citibank promo, you can get a good price on their devices.
