Should be yes, you just need powerbank that output 48W with "usb-c to slim tip" dongle.

Curious question, between P1 Gen 2 or X1 Extreme Gen 2 and a gaming laptop (Eg Lenovo Legion or Alienware), which is better for gaming?

They are both very similar, I'd go with the one with a better display.

Last time did research before buying and saw people say that T495s is using same motherboard as X395, just in a larger laptop housing.

But seems the graphics cards on gaming laptop perform better for games focused on frame rate, while those on workstation graphics card focus more on accuracy.
