Why cannot withdraw? I thought more than RM10 can withdraw to personal bank account? I never try withdraw before, still new to this shopback.

Why cancel? is it they got limit how much cashback you can get from same store? anyways i think for normal buyer won't have this issue. but if buy in bulk might have this issue.
