Getting so many issues from Lenovo.
Charged the amount to the card, then they said the funds not released and ask me to release it.
I called the bank, the bank said that the funds are charged and is currently floating.
Lenovo has to do settlement on their side so that the funds get released to them.
Lenovo never do settlement, keep asking me to ask my bank to release payment.
Problem is, payment already floating, once their sales rep or acc do their jobs and issue a settlement, the funds get released.

Small issue drag for so long, I have no hope for their after sales support and warranty.
If not for the discount, I would have immediately cancelled.

Have you email them?
I had encountered the same problem, when bought and had error , after 3 days later charged me again.
So appeared my card has double charged.
So I did to email them for refund the amount of either one.
Yesterday, I saw the amount has been reversed.

Emailed them multiple times.
I think their sales or acc don't know how to do their jobs.
After complete sales must do settlement only can receive funds.
It's not cash purchase, complete order straight away get payment.
They billed me so many times.

Hmmm damn funny, I also did that emailed them 3 times and replied me 4 times at least.

Bought my Lenovo T480 last year.
They released my Credit Note Refund for 5% after 3 months later after I kacau them

x395 and t495 difference is?

Showed them statement twice among so many other things.
Statement says already debited from my acc.
Then a couple of days later they said cannot get the payment released.
They never do settlement how to get payment released?
Then they bill again, and again, and again.
1 day bill 2 times.
Citibank thought they are scammers rejected their transaction 2 days until I call.
Just now I sent statement again, saying the payment is floating, they only need to do settlement and Citibank will release.

I really hate to deal with these types of people.
Problem on their side but they don't know how to settle it.

Have to use Citibank creditcard to get such big discount?

X395 13.3 ram soldered onboard vs 14 on T495 comes with extra ram slot.

Nope just need to key in 54BDAY code will do.
But My Citibank reward card had bucks rebate after points converted on cash.

X395 weight just 1.27kg vs T495 at 1.57kg
Both are different chassis and ‘X’ chassis more premium design comes with soft touch rubble paints on surface.
For T495 body cases surface very normal smooth touch more like plastic feel.
Again X series Keyboard is damn superB, once you play awhile on X series keyboard, guarantees you fall in love with The X series. 🤭

SG do not offer with X395 vs MY just offer with X395.
Again MY offer 45% with Citibanks Cc only.
SG offer only one day at National Day 9/9/19.
Selected model, the higher was on T495 at 54% off.

What is the average battery life for the amd laptop? And will it be heating?
