I saw Lenovo ThinkPad X395 with Citibank card offer for 45% off.
But on X390 comes with Intel cpu, 2k at least more than AMD cpu.

Here's more info about the promotion. You will still have time until September but offer is only for last 3 days of each months.

Yeah seems max is 8gb. Can consider T495, which is also considered ultra portable but slightly bigger than x395.

It has additional RAM slot that you can upgrade yourself or customize at Lenovo website up to 16gb (total 24gb).

I'd definitely, seriously consider ThinkPad T495, with Ryzen 5, touchscreen, 3 year warranty and a lot of the "upgrades" like RM4 fingerprint.

Then I saw the resolution... just full HD. not even 1920x1200. pendek sial for laptop... once you're used to 3:2 screen you really don't wanna go back to using 16:9.

RAM is slow, at 2666 that's gonna make ryzen crawl. but probably the board cannot take higher speed anyway so...

Overall still a very very good deal IMO.

Why not... for example, Ryzen 2700U is almost equivalent to i7-8550U with fraction of price, some more it comes with more powerful Vega 10 GPU compared to Intel 620.

Nice, the thinkpad using USB C port for charging?

No nid to carry those bulky powerbrick to charge.

The amd variant quite value for money.

Recently bought lenovo ideapad amd variant too and its performed well.

So I will say go for it!
