I just dont understand pc manufacturer.
Its already 2019 still sell laptop with 4gb ram.even midrange phone can put 6gb.
At least already got ssd, but some still sell with mechanical hdd.

You are outdated already. AMD processor use less power with comparable Intel nowadays. Like Intel consumes 95W but AMD only 65W. Go read reviews

APU is different market target of processor. It is All-in-One processor and GPU in single chip. Normal one like Ryzen is meant for separate GPU
