You are outdated already. AMD processor use less power with comparable Intel nowadays. Like Intel consumes 95W but AMD only 65W. Go read reviews

APU is different market target of processor. It is All-in-One processor and GPU in single chip. Normal one like Ryzen is meant for separate GPU

Maybe your not latest processor Zen2. The benchmark test is done by many 3rd party already. Intel is having problem now to produce 7nm processor. AMD is using TSMC to produce its chip
