hahaha...like mitsubishi evo 7 RS....dun hv power window.... rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif

yeah, I heard some sports cars removed the power window motor to reduce weight. Dun really know how heavy a motor is though...but there's nothing wrong with using the 'wind type'. You'll worry less that's for sure wink.gif

my mom changed the power window motor on her Saga before...but still got lots of problem. Power window working but other parts of the power window is spoilt...not sure what its called so we gave up repairing. My friend's old Saga also same problem and he changed to the 'wind type' long ago. Now his father bought him a Neo so he dun have to worry bout that ady rolleyes.gif

What i mean is like sometime u drivin alone with windows wind down enjoying the air frm outside then suddenly raining.....How u gonna close ur window when its manual and u are driving? tongue.gif
*
I think I get what you're trying to say. What you mean is that the driver is too focus on the car...especially when its a manual, and needs to have both hands on the wheel (or one of wheel, while the other is on the gear) is it?

But if that's so...how did you make time to press the button to wind up the window? rolleyes.gif If I'm not mistaken...just like my car, you need to keep pressing the button for the window to close fully. Only winding down button is "automatic" (as in press once and let go) isn't it? So...if you have a hand to press the window button, you also have a hand to turn the 'wind knob' biggrin.gif

I'm not trying to boast or anything here...but I can multitask like a mad dog in the car sweat.gif I don't even know how but I can keep the touch n go card, wind up the window, change gear and still hold the steering all at once after the toll unsure.gif

Yeap mine is drum...I nvr change any brake pad b4 since day 1...
*
you better go change it. I experience before the spring in the brakes rosak then the car couldn't move at all even with the handbrake let go. The car was like jammed in brake 24/7. Mechanic needed to go to the location to repair. Luckily the car was only in front of my relative's house. Imagine if you're at a highway whistling.gif

1 question here...
my car 1.6, rear is disc brake
when we press the brake pedal, normally the front brake function only right..
correct or incorect?
*
actually from my knowledge...all 1.6cc and above cars are fitted with disc brake to help with 'stopping' the powerful engine tongue.gif and yes, because of that, all 1.6cc and above should be using all 4 brakes to stop the car. Our 1.3cc only uses the front and its not seriously sufficient enough. Sometimes I can feel the car moving a little too fast...while I'm driving slow sweat.gif maybe its the weight unsure.gif
