They doesnt need those user who top up n withdraw all. Those users got no contribution to them as a real user will only top up sufficient money inside the wallets n use it.

Even boost user if no benefits, the active user also will quit n switch to other means of payment.

Even we got no contribution by just using one feature (withdrawal) but they should at least 'engage' us closer to explore their apps. Their business model just not right at first place.

Boost in the other hand, engaging us quite close and at some point of time we may slow down (using e-Wallet), but when we need it, we know where to find and use it. nod.gif

Start to notice on hold status does not clear even after 10 WD. I chat with support it will take another 5 to 7 working days to clear once money is in the account. This is super crazy.

This is ridiculous! Total up near to 20 working days for just one withdrawal request. Are they lack of manpower or what or they just simply make this to discourage people use it. rclxub.gif

Anyone tried adding in a PBE card and topping up successfully? I failed coz I when I enter my PBE card details, the page to enter OTP never loads and it's just a blank page.

notification is by the bank, not prestopay mah

try using hlb or pbb. if the casa receive transfer, if not mistaken it will trigger sms (of incoming transfer)

for mbb, dont have such

I tried PBB and there was no notification/SMS when received, but when I transferred to PBB CASA then will receive. So yeah still need to monitor manually.

Boost is efficient. Withdraw on 1/8 next day 2/8 in acc. I think Presto delays purposely.

Hi all, I have a question - can I still top up and transfer if Presto still holding the money? I asked because I don't want to top up and stuck the money there.

WD requested at 7 PM on 28 Jul.
Deposited in MBB acc in the early morning on 6 Aug today...
It seems to a bit faster a bit than before with taking 5 or 6 working days since 30 Jul was public holiday.

I don't dare to try as I still see the holding amount there. I just afraid that my money stuck in the wallet...
