Thanks for opening this thread unker majoramstrong, so far I have tried to cash out only to CIMB and it took me 5 working days to get the fund, then another 5 working days for the on-hold amount to be cleared.

Reason as above, when the hold status is clear, usually is 2 weeks later.

I tried PBB and there was no notification/SMS when received, but when I transferred to PBB CASA then will receive. So yeah still need to monitor manually.

Just noticed the monthly withdrawal limit for both basic and premium wallet is only RM3k, so you can only withdraw 2 x RM1497.88 in a month. Looks like my 1.5k will be stuck inside for the next 9 days.

Can still top up with CC with Jompay, although not all CCs award CB for Jompay, but its the reduction of the withdrawal limit that pisses off most ppl.
