May be Presto wants to confirm the GIRO transfer is completely successful done or doesn't want us to perform such action too frequently within short period of time. blink.gif

As long as this keep 'On Hold' for more than 10 days, I couldn't use for other purpose like normal e-Wallet on Presto Mall. I know I can withdraw at lower amount while keeping some balances for my normal spending, but with RM2.12 (incl 6%) processing fees, I would definitely go for maximum.

With this 10 working days so call SLA + response confirmation from respective bank, it's quite unfortunate for Presto Pay to sustain in high competitive e-Wallet race.

I really wish them good luck.

Nevertheless, we all know that this kind of e wallet system may not encourage such fully utilize the maximum withdrawal advantage....no way for us if we still need it as an alternative other than Bigpay & Boost.... sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif

They doesnt need those user who top up n withdraw all. Those users got no contribution to them as a real user will only top up sufficient money inside the wallets n use it.

Even boost user if no benefits, the active user also will quit n switch to other means of payment.

Start to notice on hold status does not clear even after 10 WD. I chat with support it will take another 5 to 7 working days to clear once money is in the account. This is super crazy.

Found out that sometimes the PrestoPay apps will be loading just in few seconds as fast as Boost...
