Yes, I'm aware of this too. Almost if not all messaging apps (even social media apps, YouTube & etc.) will have some compression applied to the photos & videos you upload but the issue I am facing is different.

It's not your conventional tiny bit of compression & done. I'm talking about instances whereby my 1440 by 3120 screenshot was compressed down to just 780 by 360 for people on the receiving end, text will all just be blurry. Screen capture videos are compressed from full resolution to just 360p. It baffles me so much that this applies to nothing else but just these 2 specific things I sent & nothing else. 

Got your point, but my problem with this is that the compression didn't use to be anywhere near this bad. I'd guess they're just tired of storing higher quality user uploaded contents or it has simply started to be costly for them to do so, I'm not liking it either way when the quality of the service/experience is being degraded. Well, we could always switch platforms anyways.

I have tried everything, I reset the network of the phone, reset the phone, cleaned the sim, reinserted the sim, selected my mobile phone operator under the access point name, went back to auto select access point, changed the DNS provider, turned off DNS, set DNS to auto, and still no luck.

I suffered none of this on Android 11.

While charging phone my OP7T HD1900 rebooted and show this screen, is it death/brick? 
Any idea how to get this fix locally in KL/Selangor area...
