QUOTE(beLIEve @ Sep 6 2019, 04:37 PM) Diversify a bit EPF and a bit ASN loh. like during before GE13....EPF got BetterSea and some foreign investment. that's all we can do. Now just wait for recession only. then many will cash out ASN. panic withdrawals... those were the days... close eye 100k in 1day also can get already.. your bank balance is the limit.... OTC |

QUOTE(ytan053 @ Sep 6 2019, 02:34 PM) One of the exampleοΌ https://www.theedgemarkets.com/article/cove...rgy-and-velesto pnb and asnb don't invest in the same thingNot saying that these companies gonna go bust or have cashflow issue, but with the dividend payout and the dropping share price, PNB better know what to do for their investors to consistently pay the dividend that the investor expect. Again, my personal opinion which may not be correct. Up to personal and individual interpretation and confidence in PNB. |

QUOTE(ytan053 @ Sep 6 2019, 08:29 AM) I m not an agent. U r not in this industry, u won't understand the consequences of just sharing the alternative without update. So you will follow up with people? Is it free? I have seen many cases and many ppl who made so much financial mistakes that made me able to state this statement. My intention is to educate people and let people know that there r alternative and if one wants to know, need to do due diligence and need to find the right way to do it. Teaching one to fish is better than giving one the fish itself, if u understand. If u r thinking pnb can still work the same way as before, good luck. |

Telenor abandoned the Axiata deal. If Axiata falls badly on Tuesday, more paper loss for ASN funds.
EPF Q2 2019 : https://www.thestar.com.my/business/busines...arket-sentiment, so I think ASN funds more or less similar. EPF Q1 2019 : https://www.kwsp.gov.my/-/epf-records-rm14-...ome-for-q3-20-1 is 25% of last year's Q1. Using EPF as reference because I think both ASN and EPF are the best fund managers for low risk investments. Dividend % going down not because of fun size getting bigger, but because revenue going down. QUOTE(MGM @ Sep 6 2019, 06:10 PM) he's still running around.....and politics can changeQUOTE(Mijac @ Sep 6 2019, 06:55 PM) Safer ones are these. riskier ones I also dont knowQUOTE(alexanderclz @ Sep 6 2019, 07:04 PM) I thought so too. So I looked at ASM1's 2019 report and around 1% of the fund is in Sapura. That's like $200m. Didn't bother to check ASM2 and 3.This post has been edited by beLIEve: Sep 7 2019, 02:51 AM |

QUOTE(Orchid beauty @ Sep 6 2019, 07:59 PM) I follow up with my clients, hence they get updated. For public I don't, so it's irresponsible to simply give solution and ciao. I have posted my analysis on which cc to use for insurance in cc thread before and stated clearly that was the best option as at that date. Few years later, got pm on whether the cc can still be used that way to pay insurance, I told the person of coz not, things have evolved so much, benefits have been revised, some cards I already terminated but those that were being recommend to use the card still hold it without knowing the benefits have changed so much. The only constant thing in life is changes. And finance is something that can affect people's life, so gotta be careful with the advice / reply. |
