I think Sept 1/2 and Oct 1 can buy back more than you sold

Getting units might just be more difficult than it is now, as most of us would prefer to sell it to someone we know rather than cashing it out.

i sold about 100k ASM2 last month. can anyone clarify whether i will still get the dividend for the sold out units in 1st Sept? thanks

Is it even safe to sell with transfer feature?
For example selling 100k with 2% charge and 25 fee = 102025. So who is going to send the money / unit first? Also bank or lhdn won't question at all as it looks like money laundering???

Never underestimate. Some people here taruh 7 figure inside and more or less living off those returns.

Active cause need to see how is ASNB keeping up. Looks like not keeping up well at all as most return now 5-5.5%
Some more than 10%, some 5-6%.
Here's some of my return provided of I don't sell.

i heard about the tricks at the bank before i had my asnb online setup done. here in Sarawak, they either want rm80 under table commission or talk you into buying vp funds in thousands. so the naive me and my cousin went to the local (bintulu) asnb office and got a number. the counter staff ended up telling my cousin, they refuse to service us because of our race. the staff even went on saying, their service is for 'all those sitting in the waiting area'... pointing at the 'majority race' . our luck ran out so we left.

we ended up getting a bank officer in sibu to get our online account setup. since then, I had been patiently typing captha on asnb online

the asnb staff is green color.
the majority sitting in the waiting area are combination of green and red color. i work with lots of red and green color and we are happy 1Malaysia in sarawak. may be the asnb staff is just 'green' with envy that we have some money saved to buy fp funds.

sibu ambank officer ended up starting the asnb for me by buying rm100 fp funds.

so is the fp funds really 'locked' today? i managed to get asm1 twice (under rm1k) yesterday... despite others saying ikan bilis also not found and my luck being generally lousy
