Thanks
I see
The sms I received did not have any free credit. Instead its this sms:
Congratulations! You may choose one (1) of the offer below:
1) Free IDD (Indonesia, Vietnam)
2) Free IDD (Nepal)
3) 300MB (7 days) and 10GB streaming every month
0) Back

Question :
1a) Is it If I choose option 3, it is completely free?

1b) The 10Gb streaming is for music and video and not for normal internet usage?
*
1a) Yes, it’s free. Prepaid Live comes with free 10GB for streaming music and video, and it’s split to 2.5GB one week.

1b) 2.5GB/week is ONLY for music and video (e.g. OneFM and YouTube). If you stream more than 2.5GB/week, normal data will be consumed.

I topped up RM50 just now, and received the same SMS like yours. So, I guess Sunday promo only works with reloading RM10 on the 1st reload.

The previous week when I reloaded RM10, I received SMS written like "top up RM10 or more for free RM2 talk time". But, this Sunday I topped up RM50, I only received SMS written as "reload RM5 more this week and get free IDD usage".
Maybe it needs to top up RM10 on the 1st reload, and wait for the SMS promo.
Or maybe the Sunday promo has ended sad.gif.

ckimsem Did you try to top up another $10? If so, which coutry's IDD is free? Curious if the IDD usage is only for Nepal, Indonesia and/or Vietnam. If its for Singapore, I'm willing to top up $5

Having said that its really confusing, my sms says to reload $5 more and get free IDD usage. Immediately after that, another sms says you have been granted with free IDD minutes, to dial *888*1# to redeem your free IDD minutes.

So far, I have not topped up after the initial topping of $50. But when dial the $888*1#, already can get free idd without reloading $5 more. rclxub.gif

No matter what telco you use, doesn't matter Maxis or Celcom, slow network can still happen at times in certain locations, even if it's full signal bar and/or 4G+. It could be due to network congestion and others.

Contact Digi and file a complaint to them, cuz you're a paying customer, you have the right to complain if you're unsatisfied with the service you're paying for.
Cuz when you file a complaint to them, it also means you're highlighting to them that your particular location is facing network issues, which at least they have the record in their system and would take necessary action to provide solution to the area whenever feasible to them.

If they didn't redress the issue the way you expected, file a complaint to MCMC https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/
Or if you frequently experience slow Digi network in many places you travel and commute to, yet nothing has improved after complained to them, you can consider port out to other telco.

Anyone here using Digi 50 Gold?
I was offered that as a retention plan, I was told that it has 50gb all day internet and unlimited call. I can see the 50gb in MyDigi app but not the unlimited call, anyone can tell me if we're able to see the unlimited call in MyDigi?

Anyone tried this Huawei Servicing for Digi users?

What's this like?

OK, 2 weeks ago I went to one of the Huawei Service Centres to enquire and they said I had to buy a service package (worth RM188 I think) from Huawei Online Store and then claim back RM88 using this Digi voucher. So not free and not really worth it. Also, some freebies like screen protector was no longer available..

Digi app will not show the unlimited calls. It is stated in their FAQ section. I’m using prepaid so I checked my balance after my calls. So far no issue.

DiGi has the most congested network according to https://www.malaysianwireless.com/2019/06/b...postpaid-plans/
DiGi is also the best cheater, complaining to DiGi CS will never solve congestion issue.
Two choices = 1) bear with the stupid network or 2) porting out to a happy telco.

I guess that applies for every single telco out there.
The telco business is a dirty one. Haha
As the wise old saying just test every telco out before committing.

On the side note, Digi works well for me since there really isn't much users out here, able to fully utilize their 4G+ network.
