This BOS thingy is a double-edged sword. Can hurt or boost DiGi's quarterly sales target. Those who managed to be selected will feel appreciated while the others will feel betrayed at some point...

I think it’s random. I have that offer since yesterday but no use to me. I have one prepaid and one broadband postpaid with Digi. My RM28 data plus unlimited calls plan is more than enough. Otw?

The BoS often offers the big ticket items to those are already spending slightly below the target level.

For example, DUP RM35 is offered especially to those who are subscribing to biGBonus 28 in the hope of persuading these users to increase their expenditure "a little bit" (ie. incremental increase in ARPU by persuasion).

Personally I don't agree with this strategy. Just give what the customer wants if profit can be made.

just some thunderstorm would cause some service disruptions... and speed reductions...

so it's effected by all telco...

All for sure, but just slightly slowdown speeds only.

Initially when I just MNP to Digi at my place, whenever there was a storm the network went down. I made a few complaints the first year, touch wood, 3 years+ with Digi lately no issue yet. Formerly with Maxis, very seldom I encounter with this problem. Maybe Digi upgraded the towers here.

for Celcom, need to include also MNVO..
people still stay using Celcom or related because of their widest coverage for all network..

Digi normally act similar to Umobile..offer cheap package that other big telco cannot follow..
if their package higher than Maxis and Celcom, without hesitation people will shift..
