Those DiGi BOS(Box of Surprise) offers I'm getting are mostly USELESS since I'm already using BiGBonus 28 plan which comes with unlimited calls.

Bodoh punya DiGi staffs. I'm already getting unlimited calls with my plan why you still selling me BOS daily plans with unlimited calls? Overlapped and USELESS to me.

I've already got 1GB daily for off peak day hours from 1pm-7pm, why I'm still also getting Weekly BOS offers which also gives 1GB between 1pm-7pm.

Again your strategy is in TOTAL MESS!

I will appreciate if you start selling me RM1 UNLIMITED 3Mbps daily internet BOS or extra data quotas to top up my plan if I need to more data on demand. Don't offer me overlapped plans which is already included in my monthly data plan. Why should I pay for that?

My 2nd favourite is the RM3 1+1GB for 7 days but it's not auto-renew and the offer usually disappears after 7 days. I use this for my iPad. Luckily most of my SIMs have that so I just swap to another SIM. So if I can get 4 SIMs with that offer for a month, it's basically RM12/mth for 4GB + daily 1GB (1-7pm).

My fav is the Bigbonus 2+1GB for RM10. Normally for 7 days but BoS has the same thing for 30days for the same price. I've only ever seen that once but it came out for the wrong number.

My Digi expired on 27 April 2020. When the last day I need to topup before it get terminate?

What plan? Live or Best or ??? Could be 45, 60, 90 days. Or check the SMS that you received when the validity expired.

Call DiGiHelpline - 0162211800 to find out. Press 1 to select English, then 1 again to access your account information. The system will read out the date.

it depends on your plan, grace period is 75 days for Best and 90 days for Live.

I suggest you call 016-221 1800 and listen to the account balance announcement

" your incoming calls will be barred on xxx "

xxx = termination date

Best Prepaid v1 expired 24 May
Prepaid Best 2017 P2P expired 10 June
Prepaid Live P2P expired 28 May

The rest of the numbers didn't.

1 Expired 13 June

Not sure if there's any pattern to it.
