initially i thought 7gb included 2gb loyalty..

but when i check it become 5gb + free 2gb + 2gb loyalty...9gb monthly..nice wooo

plus some more..i get this 2gb daily 4am to 7am...

Mine is 2GB + 2GB welcome quota = 4GB total + unlimited call

Not fair DiGi! You play your customers again with selective offering and favouritism? I paid for the same but certain people get more.

Sucks man. DiGi is slowly inheriting the bad crony culture of both Celcom and TM. How can you do this to your customers?

It really makes your existing customers really pissed and want to port out after this because of your act of favouritism among your customers.

Only a corrupted organization will breed this sort of practices. I guess many stupid staffs unwanted by both Celcom and Maxis last time is now seeking employment inside DiGi. Too bad they brought their bad cultures and mentality along with them tarnishing the company.

Got this again today but error when claiming it. I guess it's because I already claimed it when it appeared at the beginning of the month. 2/4 numbers got this.

Can be due to maintenance works ongoing at your nearby base station.

DiGi's VoLTE not so stable and consistent.
So far I find the most consistent VoLTE and VoWiFi service is from Yes 4G and Unifi Mobile.
Umobile not too sure been long time since 2018 I ported out.

Must be my lucky DiGi day today. Look what I got.

DiGi Best Prepaid v1 number expired since 24 May. The other 4 numbers (1 valid, 3 expired in June) don't have it.

My device with u mobile does not support volte, cannot know ok or not

DiGi screws up again. Out of 5 numbers, 1 is Gold but today all the other 4 are also listed as Gold but they can't actually go into the Gold rewards.

Might be an IOS app problem. My Android is showing the correct Tier stats while the iPhone app is showing the stats from the main number for itself and all other numbers.

Yes, DiGi and Umobile's VoLTE services is more picky and less stable.

4G-only networks such as Yes 4G and Unifi Mobile VoLTE/WiFi never drops and more consistent.

Maybe it's due to the 3G/4G switching not an expert in this so wouldn't be able to comment on this.

I am waiting for this.

One more number got it. Prepaid Best 2017 P2P expired 10 June.

Prepaid Live P2P expired 28 May also got it.
