So there are 4 out of 5 prepaids that i have are having RM1 unlimited for 24 hours, where as another number that expired much more recently does not have RM1

Are u able to see both numbers when u login with this number?
Try logout and login that number. Then login again using this number and u will understand.

The keyword is login-logout will require OTP (that including if u login the same number in another phone will cause this particular phone to be logout-ed)

If u login (please logout first) with another number u still can see both numbers?

Im actually talking about 2 different thing.
1. Digi app will only ask for OTP if u logout/change phone/login by different number.
2. Only 1 number is the "master account" can see/manage all numbers.

Im just explaining it to you that is how it works.

At the left pane, press the "v" button beside your phone number u will able to see "Login to manage your other number" then proceed to login your current number with password, add the other numbers and key in the OTP to add the numbers into your account.

It does not matter wifi or data.

I cant change plan...

Are u currently Digi subscriber? If yes, u may try to ask them for RM28 plan also gives the same plan as you mentioned.


U dont need printed bill to pay cash. For Digi partner stores just tell them your phone number and make payment.
For Digi Store u have to self-service at their machine, also just key in phone number can already.

However why pay cash when can use CC? Especially Amex on weekend get 5% cashback, however only applicable at Digi Store (at counter).
Alternatively u can even pay online using CC.
