There is no such thing as cannot refund. If you terminate your line / account, any telco/bank/financial institutions/insurance/etc. will need to refund you even if it is 10 cents.

Unbill = your current usage, but not yet bill or invoice to you yet. Wait until the next billing cycle.

Prepaid is controlled by you, I don't think there is a refund.
MNP and termination - burn your credit
Change to postpaid - carry the balance to offset first bill

Haha can't la. I need the free calls. I make hours of calls each month. On a normal basis. I make at least 1 hour calls daily because of my position as business support. Only digi can give me the best rate of free calls at RM28. Of coz company give Rm200 telephone allowance

Any idea what is the minimum amount of monthly plan/top up amount per month to get the RM5 unlimited calls in BOS. I'm using the RM28 plan with 7GB of data but I don't really use that much data. I was wondering if I could switch to the RM15 unlimited social plan with 3GB data and then subscribe to the RM5 unlimited calls in the BOS?

@2k20 said RM28 is too much for data hardly used.  That's why want to downgrade the subscription.

I too am on the lookout for cheaper opportunities if they come my way.

DiGi always told me that their Postpaid 28 doesn't exist when I tried downgrading to it from my Postpaid 38.
I read it's only offered to OKU customers last time which is actually the Postpaid 38 with RM10 OKU special rebate given so it becomes RM28. Are you an OKU member?

My previous Postpaid 38 only had 6GB + 3GB Welcome Quota(9GB) + Unlimited calls without SMS.

Can share how did you managed to get the Postpaid 28 deal with 6GB data with unlimited calls and SMS?

I came from Postpaid 58->Postpaid 38->Prepaid BiGBonus 28 now.

How to apply for Postpaid 28?
