What does Free Internet Credits means? Will they self select the plan for me or they top up extra RM15 into my account and I can use that to buy internet?

OMG, reloaded RM50, get a SMS say redeem your digi care 1GB for 3 day, and redeem free 2+1GB (1PM to 7 PM) for 1 day, too many data now

Same as my complain, has been 3 years and no improvement has been done, my wifi calling drop line due to this changing band. Now mco even worse, 80% drop call rate, will port out to celcom after mco

Any good news form DIGI   for rm 1.00 from 8 am to 6 pm will  it be continue  after mco since people will sty at home ? Advice

Wifi calling uses your house wifi to route calls, it requires stable wifi and by right it shouldn't relate to the telco signal but for some reason with Digi, it relates to cell signal... So what I did was switching on airplane mode + wifi which fixes my issue

You’ll be charged the normal rate.... this is normal phone call not WhatsApp call only difference(in theory) is that the call is made with WiFi instead of cell signal.... hence you can even call home overseas with the Malaysia rate as long as you got a working/stable WiFi overseas( no roaming required)

WiFi Calling is still counted as normal domestic call, billing-wise.  The advantage is it doesn't depend on cellular coverage.  Or if you're in another country, you can make calls over WiFi and not be charged for roaming.

Hi , i wanna ask i am currently using digi prepaid best 2017.
Lets say my credit expired on 1jan , there is a 75 days period before they terminate it. If i activate 1 day validity on 1st feb , does it reset the 75 days count from 1st of feb instead of 1st of jan ?

1gb each day or only 1 gb for whole week?

My phone line is deactivated as I forgot the reload before it expired. 
I’m currently base at oversea and not sure how can I activate this back with this lockdown in place. Appreciate anyone could help me this as I need to use the number.

Same here. Have been taking phone contract from Digi each every 2 years and I stopped taking since 2018 when I'd calculated that purchasing outside with installment plan is much cheaper overall (consider you tied-up with no-downgrade).

Never look back since it's not attractive anymore (at least for me). Even sometimes tempting, their store will keep saying 'no stock' whenever you visit their outlet. Another turn-off/wasting them checking up all time when the phone gradually getting obsolete when they've stock.

Diff story if you can claim FULL mobile expenses from company, then phone bundle may sound attractive as saving.
Had this Unifi Mobile prepaid as alternative (2nd SIM card), I redeem every week, but may slip sometimes as they didn't inform prior to expiry. I set my own reminder for that.

Anyone subscribe to 365? How does the bills looks like?
Currently I have maxis zerolution in which total bill is with phone and subscription and the first page stated the amount I need to pay which stating any devices prices.
Do this applicable for Digi? The reason I ask is because i can claimed the phone bill. I dont want the device price is shown in my monthly bill, if not I only can claim the subscription

nope...prepaid mafan...charge for calls and data usage..not cheap also..
