Anyone facing slow network data? Damansara, PJ, Klang area. Did a speed test on day time average only max 1-2mbps. Sometimes is kbps 0.4/0.5/0.7. Full 4G LTE. Really getting worst for Digi. Even daytime is worse than before. The only usable time is after midnight where is also your bed time...

you mean you want your digi prepaid 011 number to take the 019 number while keeping its existing balance and plan? it is just rebinding the msidn number so it is possible technically, but whether digi is willing to go that extra mile to help you, you need to ask cs.

what is your actual reason for doing this? if digi says cannot, why not just port your 019 number over to a new digi prepaid?

prepaid live is one of the current product offering. maybe faster if you port into a new prepaid, change plan to best, transfer balance and then switch back to live.

Try refresh and check again. Like jump back to first tab/option, then back to Rewards, etc.
