Juct check, this plan is variation of bigbonus28. Maybe this month i got 5gb, but next month maybe down to 2gb

I found out recently my DIGI RM30 prepaid Internet quota used up extremely fast .


and found that the BIG , 1G data from 1pm--7pm .
Have become 1AM--7AM (who are using anyway ???)


i tried to call the DIGI helpline, waited >8mins, no one pick up.

send an online enquiry , DIGI would take 5 days to response.


anyway , i can get this solve ?


else, i';m thinking of moving to other provider with better deal. Thanks

Try view your BOS again, think DG added "monthly" into this 35GB BiGBonus plan smile.gif

OIC, this is the plan which will deduct rm28 on 28th of the month. I was on that plan b4. Its good to have 2GB weekend.
But careful when want to terminate the plan, it will cost another RM28 for departure.

One of the infuriating thing about digi, free data always used first regardless of validity

Used to redeem free data for one week while main data ends in few days, thinking free data comes second, nope
