I found out recently my DIGI RM30 prepaid Internet quota used up extremely fast .


and found that the BIG , 1G data from 1pm--7pm .
Have become 1AM--7AM (who are using anyway ???)


i tried to call the DIGI helpline, waited >8mins, no one pick up.

send an online enquiry , DIGI would take 5 days to response.


anyway , i can get this solve ?


else, i';m thinking of moving to other provider with better deal. Thanks

i'm using the prepaid RM30 ,
daily 1G free from 1pm--7pm .
with 5GB quota .

I hardly make call , and mainly wataspp/FB /games.
but sometime browse FB , those Video would just play , even though i duwan to watch . This eat QUOTA FAST !


and, recently my 5G quota used up . cannot use at all .
even the basic 500MB new basic internet , didnt run at all , i have to spent RM3 to get 2GB for 2 days.
and while waiting the 1pm--7pm 1GB free....
it's only came in ~1.30pm , not the 1pm as advertised !





any strategy to maximize ?
or other telco offer better package ?

i used the RM30 prepaid ,
with 5G internet + 2G

i have accumulated ~18G internet

last month, i forgot to topup . and
DIGI reset my saved 18G internet .....


questions:
1. can i get back the 18G ?
2. The best plan is RM28 with unlimited call ?
3. if want to switch to #2, i have to wait ? or can switch immediarely ? what;s the procedure ?

1. now 14dec, good time to switch ?
2. i hv free credit as below, but every time i call, digi deduct my acc instead of free credit???

Sharing :

I';m using the prepaid RM28-unlimited call ....

today with RM0.30 credit left call MBB 1300-xxxx

call was cut short becos ran out of credit.

Call DIGI CS, took ~10mins for them to PICK UP (how to speed up the waiting ??)


the unlimited call have exclude LIST :
1. 1300 , 1500 , special number , 100 etc etc
2. -- all goverment ministry number
3. IDD call


basically it;s not UNLMITED .....
found out the hard way . just in case this is helpful to u guys....

*wasted ~10mins to DIGI , ~10mins to MBB .....

im rm28 prepaid .....unlimited call ....

sometimes when bank got credit card campaing promo.
i need to reply SMS to enroll == 15sen

anyway to waive/rebate those SMS charges ?? thank you
