What is the cheapest postpaid plan, so that senior citizen can get this lifetime rebate RM10?

In my app I have a RM38, I also know of some who are on RM28 postpaid but not sure whether it is still valid.

No longer available, I have been using this plan started 1GB then upgraded to 3GB. Already switched to prepaid rm28, unlimited call, 4GB + 1GB daily, 100SMS and no SST

I'm a bit confused. Aren't they the same thing? What is the difference between subscribing to Prepaid RM28 through the USSD.

How do u get 100sms? Can't find the details in always active RM28.

I have 100 SMS also but mine is Monthly Plan RM28 subscribed from the USSD not the one from the app. Are they the same thing?

Monthly 28 = 4GB + daily 1GB + 100 sms, renew every 28th of the month
BOS 28 = 4GB + daily 1GB + 10GB video, renew every 30 days

I have tested and I can confirm that the 2.5 GB Video and Music Freedom data was capped at 1mbps. Youtube barely able to load video above 480p with that it. It also has a side-effect of causing some sites to load slowly as well.

And then there's a matter that the speed cap on this free weekly data wasn't even list in the prepaid plan's FAQ section on the Digi website. This could count as a false advertisement.

Digi should have capped it at 2.5mbps instead of 1mbps and list the speed cap for the 2.5GB weekly data in the plan's FAQ section. This is 2019 already and soon to be 2020.
