Yes, the free credit is used first when buying any add-on or booster (including automatically renewed items).  This free credit cannot be used for extending validity.  I'm not sure whether you can use this free credit towards purchasing MyDigi Rewards items.

In my BOS, there's a 'get a $10 mydigi rewards credit when you sign up online (thru certain partners)'

Does it mean that even when we already have a digi line, if we get another line, we get this reward?

Sakae Sushi Chicken Karaage RM0.99. Is that the normal voucher price or extra cheap? I haven't bought before. Just saw it in the app.

I have tested and I can confirm that the 2.5 GB Video and Music Freedom data was capped at 1mbps. Youtube barely able to load video above 480p with that it. It also has a side-effect of causing some sites to load slowly as well.

And then there's a matter that the speed cap on this free weekly data wasn't even list in the prepaid plan's FAQ section on the Digi website. This could count as a false advertisement.

Digi should have capped it at 2.5mbps instead of 1mbps and list the speed cap for the 2.5GB weekly data in the plan's FAQ section. This is 2019 already and soon to be 2020. 

Im about to port out to maxis, suddenly received call from digi offering rm50 50gb no weekend or weekdays quota and unlimited call. I am in dilemma now

It's pretty good. RM3.99 for RM5 credits. Claim that and buy the next RM5 with the free credits. Claim that and have RM6.01 balance. Add 1.98 to buy the next RM10 and use that to buy the last RM10.

So basically spend RM5.97 for RM12.01 rewards credit. Have to waste a bit of time though.

looks like digi is acknowledging the issue from the blast sms. however, i have still gotten only 1 voucher of the 2 vouchers back. 2nd attempt to get the attention of the CS was futile again and insist for me to wait till 24th before making a complain. not sure what so difficult to escalate it so that they can solve it together rather than solve one, then another one.
