I recently signed up the Broadband 65 plan but I'm unable to join any squad while playing Warframe on my PC as the UDP ports 4950 and 4955 were blocked. Yes, I'm a bit furious.

Guess I have to play the game while connected to my Digi Prepaid number (brought a long time ago) until Digi can fix this, which is not likely as far as I know....

I have tested and I can confirm that the 2.5 GB Video and Music Freedom data was capped at 1mbps. Youtube barely able to load video above 480p with that it. It also has a side-effect of causing some sites to load slowly as well.

And then there's a matter that the speed cap on this free weekly data wasn't even list in the prepaid plan's FAQ section on the Digi website. This could count as a false advertisement.

Digi should have capped it at 2.5mbps instead of 1mbps and list the speed cap for the 2.5GB weekly data in the plan's FAQ section. This is 2019 already and soon to be 2020.
