need assist..i purchased rm10 top up with digi rewards rm10 voucher (means i paid rm0)..but i accidentally proceed the order without realise it automatically chose hotlink when i entered the mobile number..but then the order was cancelled and refunded (it stated that refunded via money)..but i have no idea where is the refund..cannot find any refund either money or voucher..help me guys..huhu

Everything takes time. But, you had paid RM0, you may NOT get anything back.

BTW, topping up RM10 doesn't trigger Sunday bonus.

Usually the status will be updated in a few working days right after you achieved the requirement for prepaid number.

urgh I have this problem as well but mine was other game things...
Months ago I found out RM3 has been deducted, and I received no SMS/email on any transaction
After checking with them they said some Gameini things deducted that, but they only keep on advise me to unsubscribe any thing/remove weird app/etc, but I'm super sure I do not install any malicious app.
Until today it still randomly deduct RM3
So end up I just try to keep my account below RM3 until the date I need to subscribe internet plan

Can this credit balance be used to subscribe to one of the data plans? If I choose one of the monthly data plans, will it deduct from this credit or my main balance?

Your member class is only reflected in the subsequent half-year. Example, if you spent/topped up RM400 between July and December 2019, then you qualify for Gold membership for Jan-Jun 2020.

Yes, the free credit is used first when buying any add-on or booster (including automatically renewed items). This free credit cannot be used for extending validity. I'm not sure whether you can use this free credit towards purchasing MyDigi Rewards items.

It took a day or 2 for mine to be updated to Gold.

Asked Digi CS d. Not applicable on MyDigi Rewards item. Got deduct credit but no get anything. Cant refund since its free credit. Not sure about extending validity.
