need assist..i purchased rm10 top up with digi rewards rm10 voucher (means i paid rm0)..but i accidentally proceed the order without realise it automatically chose hotlink when i entered the mobile number..but then the order was cancelled and refunded (it stated that refunded via money)..but i have no idea where is the refund..cannot find any refund either money or voucher..help me guys..huhu

yup but its not there..tried live chat but useless since Cleo is not helping..i need real person to chat with

i was not intend to get the sunday bonus..just wanted to use the voucher to top up rm10..at least they give me the voucher back😭..

guys,i need clarification regarding talktime transfer..i have 3 prepaid, digi campus, digi best mnp & digi live mnp..i have added few digi numbers i.e my wife's digi prepaid, in my favourite,but i still cannot perform talktime transfer (from all prepaids i have)..please enlight me...huhu thanks!

just realised this time around, the rm3.99 and rm7.99 not eligible for digi prepaid campus..but on the 24/12, no such thing in the tnc..bought the rm7.99 on 24/12, wanted to redeem today but not eligible..can i ask for a refund?since it is not stated in the 24/12 tnc, only stated in today's new tnc..
