what it means capped per monthly cycle? does it means the capped amount is according to the statement cycle not according calendar month as in other bank credit card?

so let say I spend rm750 (platinum cc) on eligible transactions regardless in which calendar month I spend I still entitled to the max cashback as long there are in the same monthly statement?

When I first got my PBB Visa Signature my income was just below the required. I submitted an email appeal, and got it a couple of weeks later. It is different teams handling different aspects, never try never know.

Of course if you're at 40k income applying for 120k min salary card maybe can consider not possible. I was a few k off only.
