i understand the MCC may not fall into excluded list, but it does not meet the Islamic rules for conventional insurance.

I did read both NTB contest T&C
the 2nd promo did mention exclude "Existing PB Credit Card/ PIB Credit Card-i Principal Cardmember"

But the exclude can be ,

Scenario 1 : you are existing Conventional CC User, and you apply new conventional card so no eligible OR
Scenario 2 : you are existing Islamic CC user and you apply new islamic CC so not eligible ... Or
Scenario 3 : you are existing Conventional CC user , and you apply new Islamic card so not eligible.... (and of course you are NTB for PiB , not PBB)

The T&C never mention clearly which scenario as above apply.
I think gonna call them again to confirm.

if thats the case (eligible), technically it is possible to topup bigpay and pay for foodpanda and still enjoy cb (in which not eligible if pay directly) right?

basically what you are saying is even though i am using bigpay to pay for so called ineligible transaction, pb still able to see through my transaction and deny cb. right?

just a stupid question, will the Public Islamic Bank credit card be shown in PBe to check statement & payment?
i activated my Public islamic visa Platinium CC in end of April and the statement date supposed to be 29th of month but till today this card did not show in somehow any record in my PBe account. i only see my owned PBB Quantum Visa & Mastercard in Account -> PC card tab there.
Is there another website for Public Islamic bank related account?

checked but the card is not under the selection list in add/delete account there too.
the card already activated and able to use it early May.
