Would like to ask about the VS 3% cashback for online transactions.

I got 2 purchases on Taobao last month (RM500++ and 300++) but didn't manage to get the CB. The description is as follows:

Lazada Wallet Taobao Kuala Lumpur MY

Both are direct purchases with the VS card on Taobao app, not paid through Lazada Wallet balance.

Would it be due to the description has this "wallet" and therefore it's not eligible for the CB?

just wondering, if it's possible to just get a replacement card with a different number from pbb without incurring any charges? last year i got 1 due to the fb unauthorised transactions, but not sure if can request for this if it's without any suspicious transactions.
