Hello guys, new to this forum. I was overwhelmed by all the info available here so i type my question instead. I wanted to apply credit card that has no annual fee and give cashback. Currently i am reading about public quantum visa it says 5% contactless transaction and quantum Mastercard that give 5% for online shopping.

1. Is there any trick that can fully utilize it without actually spending every months like reloading to bigpay as mentioned in the old threads (I usually spend money on groceries only )?
2. I wanted to buy a new phone in installment form with the credit card, does it included in the contactless transaction/online shopping?

btw, i just noticed that only 1 card in the letter? i tot Quantum must have both Mastercard and Visa? now can have single card?

weird, when collect at branch they only handover 1 letter, tot that both cards are in the same letter

Btw, credit limit RM1,000?

I know this post is about Credit card, but does anyone have experience of having expired Visa Debit Card (Public Bank)?
My Public bank debit card will expire on 04/2021 but I have yet to receive a new one in my mail.

Anyway I am now working in oversea and due to covid I can't go back my parents' home (The address I used when I signed up for this card).

I am wondering if they will send it to my home soon? Or do I have to go to the bank in person to request for it? (But I cant do that since I am in oversea now).

Still receiving it every month, latest the 23rd statement date. Checked your spam folder?

1) check pbe for statement amount
2) download estatement from pbe
3) wait tomorrow for email
4) call CS to find out

not necessary need statement for repayment

Did you get SMS notification that your estatement is ready? Can use that as reminder too

same here. last email in May then nothing anymore. had to check numerous times but nothing reached my email. in the end i have up and changed to gmail account (and set a forward to my actual email) -> problem solved. seems that they cant reach some domains which means their screwed something up. i have been getting the mails to my real account since 2016 until may 2021 only then it stopped.

happened to me twice during the past 5 years. somehow the email just didn't come. had to call cs and ask to resend.

Hi guys, I am curious if I have shopee instalment plan and I do early settlement for my credit card is there any charges and how do I do it? The info online is unclear.

Can give some hints how you did that trick? Last time I "threatened" to cancel the card if not rebated, they straight away cancelled it.. lol

Aiya bad news for my Quantum.
I have an instalment payment plan of RM250 for another 10 months so during this period I only need to find another RM350 to pay, not so difficult.
But after that will have to look really hard as by then I have to also take care of my statement balance thing at Affin!

Yes I get 5% monthly cash back for it.

These still direct purchase from shopee so should be still entitled for cb as it is not topping up shopeepay
