Question about “Great Savings with More Cash Back 2” Promotion

Month 2: 1 November - 30 November 2020

Spend 5 x RM100 to get RM 30 Cash Back.
Just to confirm, as of now, the cashback for Month 2 for this promotion has not been credited, right?

A quick search in this thread shows that the cashback only for Month 1 for this promotion was credited. Am I correct?

rm60 during launch in May 2014 -> mainly groceries, Groupon, Lazada, Payonline.
rm50 was revised in Jul 2016 -> mainly groceries, Payonline, Lazada, Shopee.
rm38 then revised in Jan 2018 -> Bigpay and e-wallets!

Yup, when I first start using this card, I just missed the board of RM60 CB, enjoyed quite some time of RM50 CB though until it scale down to RM38, but well it's still 1 of the best CB card available in the market now.
On top of that there do on & off provide campaign CB which is also quite easy to achieve too.
That's the reason why I applied their Quantum master CC lately to extend my monthly CB

If I get the SST waive RM25 before due date, I shall pay RM1,445 (1,500-30-25), right ?

PBB CS advised me to pay full amount to ignore the late charges + finance charges. I just want to know whether this statement is true or false.

I have this doubt because I am comparing with CIMB credit card, in which whenever I swipe, regardless of the amount and merchant, will always have a SMS sent to me

oh, not purposely compare. It is for my convenience actually. I prefer it to be sent to my phone so that when I check my phone I know the exact amount I need to pay. I dont have the habit of keeping receipts.
And if I can get SMS immediately after my card is charged, I feel more secured. Like, if suddenly I receive SMS when I am not using my card, I can take immediate action to call the bank.

A bit off topic, does anyone here reload ShopeePay for the cashback campaign? Got face any problem when transfer out the money from ShopeePay wallet to bank?
Considering to reload ShopeePay aside from BigPay as they don’t charge fees on transferring money to bank (from what they stated but i haven’t try before)

Top up Bigpay on 11 Feb but transaction date in statement is 10 Feb.
Just past midnight and the SMS OTP showing 11 Feb.
Possible to request CS change to 11 Feb?
