no such thing as 1 Oct hence new cap.

as our transaction is conducted in Sept BEFORE the effective date of new T&C, hence the cb %, category and max cap all shall follow the previous t&c.

unless transaction after 1st Oct.

if pbb refuse to honor, we will hav a strong case in BNM

ya. i think we call CS report the problem, give them some time to resolve it.
probably in 1 or 2 months, if still unresolved, only we take next course of action.

so far total affected is
QM RM10 x 2 + VS RM8 = RM28

this might be true.

not be surprised if a lot of ppl not bother to even call the CS.
some of my friend don't even bother to call CS request rebate to offset SST, even when told that it is just a phone call away.

everyone check your CB cap and call CS to complaint.

keep it going.
more ppl calling them will let them know the seriousness and intensity of this problem.

it actually can be considered as some sort of misleading already.

as when we are using the card in Sept,(even before the cb revision announcement), hence we shall be bound by the previous T&C with the previous max CB cap.

Compared to other bank.
They will hang up instantly once know had settled your problem.

But the job is done almost instantly..

I think that's what make PBB the most efficient bank in Malaysia

seem like most call CS for missing cb will get it.
think Pbb oso wan to stay out of trouble.

if dun grant those missing cb, cust might report to BNM,
wonder will BNM buy the explaination of so called Sept cb rate and category but Oct new cb cap.. wink.gif

PBB is consider quite flexible on statement date.
Different bank different approach, but not a single bank have standardized statement date for all card members.

Some bank only let you choose from certain date
