it's quite dangerous act to reveal card number.

considering that all our full IC details including address and phone number are being sold for a mere RM40k
if falls into wrong hand, they can even get your mother's name (which is frequently used as 2nd layer verification by bank)

the best chance is shopeepay, but still 50/50.

didn't get cb for PBi too...

called cs, they mentioned most likely is due to in May the some exclusion wrongly applied to PBi cards, supposedly should apply to PB cards only.

cb will be adjusted back soon.

yes. sounded like auto adjusted as almost everyone is affected.

try last month, RM3k go through but
RM4k onwards, even correct TAC, they reject it. (tng ewallet)
need call CS, CS inform reject due to high risk, they will approve manually if you inform them in advance.

me too. got the visa provisioning unposted transaction few days back when i never use the card at all.

CS inform if never use the card,
then it seems to be something suspicious, as the so called "visa provisioning" won't come by its own.

so they block card immediately and send replacement card.

just called,
request rebate for both new and old card.

old card rebate given without any question.
new card CS say need to pay, 2nd year onward only can apply for rebate of SST

if want easier, use to pay tnb.
settled.

quantum cards from 1 of the best cb
become practically a USELESS card overnight from 1st Oct

noticed same prob as others too.
VS cap RM30
QMC & QVC cap RM20 only.

just called CS, they acknowledge the problem and say will escalate for correction and manually adjustment..

probably same case as previous PBi no CB problem, will manually adjusted in.
