It's nothing to do with Lapzapdah KL or Selangor. It's OTP = Online, no OTP = Recurring Payment.

If you kena previous statement, it means it's backdated like Bigpay. Nothing to do with bank.

Occasionally, you see people mention they wait till morning to perform their monthly "duty". It's because of this.

SMS also doesn't verify your information.

Maxis should work. T&C says your phone number must belong to primary cardholder. I don't know if they will check the card number yet.

Got. You looky see the T&C la. I think this one is the top 350 toppers each week. Meaning that you can do any day each month as long as your amount is top 350 in the week you topup.
