Of course I'm grateful as this win is not even planned or expected.
Well, I had spent both RM 50 Shopee vouchers.

Like that one ah...? if already pay to ZERO. Further spending posted also will also start counting interest?
*
should be. My understanding is you need to clear all outstanding before next statement date. else the daily accrual will continue. best to ask bank of coz.

my advice is if you want to continue using the card, bank in extra on top of the amount owed until the next statement date.

Anyone currently reside out of Malaysia now? I couldn't really register via SMS for those cash back campaign, weird
The message is gone through actually

short codes (those 5 digits) only work on in a domestic network. Malaysian shortcodes are not reachable even if u are roaming in another country, not to mention if you use a foreign number.

viable option for PBB is to get someone to sms for u since their codes are based on sending the card number. another option is if u have a spare smartphone, sign up a cheap plan (yoodo rm3 sms comes to mind but not all shortcodes work) and leave it plugged in at a place (parents?) in Malaysia and remote in (ala teamviewer) to send any sms required

Is this block intiate by PBB ?
*
a month ago i called PBB and they said it was Bigpay.

Shrugg - who knows - though i think i think if the bank was blocking it, they wouldn't send OTP to save on cost.

it's like how GP said BP was the 1 blocking them, but someone eventually said the block was on GP side

still stuck at 4x. last reload > 1hr ago.

though i stand corrected... reloaded with another bank card and went through.

so either PBB blocked bigpay or Bigpay blocked PBB. not a blanket bp freeze cc

I presume your question is more towards 7-11 refusing credit cards despite having the facility?
*
no - i have never heard that 7-11 can accept credit cards - only tng ewallet and razr. This is to clarify the previous post who wants to pay his shopee purchase in 7-11 with credit card

Yes, pending confirmation is either will impact merchant installment plan.

Saved card in TNG ewallet is also direct debit iirc.

CIMB also categorized bigpay as direct debit / financial services. I wonder whether will have impact.

PBB Visa Signature question please.

The 12 swipes to be eligible for free annual fee - does it have to be swipes from the main cardholder?

Or can it be from the supplementary cardholder?

Or is it accumulative from both?

My husband is getting this credit card but he won't be using it much (if at all) so I need to make sure how the 12 swipes is tallied up.

Thanks.

per card

"swipe" can also be online transaction, so just use your husband's card when doing online purchases

Hi Sifu, this is my first time to have PBB supplementary card. Anyone can help on the following:-

1) it will be separate statement for Principle and supplementary card, which we need to make payment separately with different card no?

2)It will be same statement date?

3)I need to login 2 different PBE acct to view the cards. I cant view supplementary card's trxn via principle card login which is quite weird. Anyway i can add supplementary card to my principle login?
*
there is no more benefit for separate statement that I am aware of. If you wish / entitled to monitor the supplementary card spending, just opt for joint statement

statement date change will only take effect after 1 cycle.

it doesn't take effect immediately though.

oh well...

QUOTE(bryan_x00 @ Feb 4 2022, 05:39 PM)
Why need to change statement date?
*
some are suspecting that the cutoff is based on statement date and not transaction date, as PBB only calculates cashback on statement date,

sounds risky. there is a problem with PBB though..
was trying to schedule a transfer from another bank to pay credit card bills, and the transfer to PBB (not instant, several days from now ) keeps throwing an error while my scheduled transfers to other banks got accepted.
