I think that campaign ended 31 dec. he was referring to the previous campaign, not the everyday cashback.


Spent RM200 on 1 Dec BigPay using VISA Quantum, did not get any cashback RM20. Those that get the cashback, when did u guys spend? And on what?

Coz it says split transaction not counted for. As for my case, i did not topup one merchant 8 straight times, so they cannot say i did ‘split’ transaction. That was my thought. Since no one answering, i think 8x BP/Boost straight should be no prob, guess easier job for me next week, even last night i split between bp n boost, so susah to in and out from one app to another

how are you gonna ask the merchant to 'split' the transaction then?

if i go Sushi Zanmai, then i ask to split the bill to 8 bills of rm80 each, then i pay rm80 x 8 = this is split transaction?

coz if up there if split transaction, then i see why 8x bp is not split also, but if the above example is seperate transaction, then how someone can perform a 'split' transaction?

got charged with sst on 11/2/2020. call CS request for SST rebate today for both quantum cards, after checking, im eligible and the adjustment will be made within 2-4 weeks. that's super easy.

QMC spending is RM600 x 12 = RM7,200
QV spending is RM600 per month starting sept, and higher in January due to the campaign rm80 x 8 x 3 weeks in Jan + rm200 campaign in Dec

U used ur PB card at other BP before? If yes, max is only up to 5 transactions per day for that BP account.

The last day of week 7 falls on 1 mac, so as per tnc, it will be credited to u 2-4 weeks after end of tracking month. So the can credit it to u by end of april if they want to.
