email CS for service tax rebate, they replied cannot give waiver i reply again to clarify that i am requesting a rebate as a loyal customer (as PBB card is the only CC i have) then next day, they informed me submitted for management review, and they given me the rebate back

my pbb visa sig disappear from online banking (old and new), the old online banking show unable to process i tried to check app also  ytd i pay my pbb cc still there anyone facing same issue?
