In my case for maybank they insist you must pay as it goes straight to the government and not the bank.. once charged no reversal.. only exception is if bank subsidize for you in some way

I done 8x on ShopeePay. Smooth and fast, no OTP. But PBB sent me warning on multiple similar transactions being done. Got 4x such warning SMS. Now fingers crossed.
