Submit as much income documents as possible, even if they request 1-3 months payslip, give ALL these:
- 6 months payslip (basic wage should be consistent and high enough to meet requirement)
- EPF statement (monthly tally with payslip)
- EA form (tally with the payslips)
- Income Tax receipt (tally with payslips + EA form)
- Employment letter (tally with payslip + EA form) and also shows how long you have worked in current company.

The CC team does not have access into your same bank salary account. If possible, submit this bank statement also during application so it tally with your payslip as well.

The first CC is always the hardest.

4x BigPay and blocked. Have to call PBB CS for the remaining. Probably I did too fast within 1-2 minutes.

Last month 6x no problem but done within 10+ minutes and each transaction about 1-3 minutes.

So far no issue from PBB VS -> BigPay for me, even I've tried 12:01am before many times.

Yes, for the past several months as PBB will block after the 3rd/4th reload.
I'm not going to wait reset in 24 hours or what. Or waste time to call-in again and go through the IVR system and wait for available CS. Might as well just hang on to the line continuously for 5-10 minutes and get all the reload I want to do.

It's same whether I make 3x calls of 2 minutes each vs. 1x call of 6 minutes.
Actually multiple calls take longer due to IVR queue and also verification each time.

If use PBB Quantum Mastercard to pay TNB bill via MyTNB app, QM got cashback or not ? Thanks

Not exactly same bank and insurer, but I tried before by manually paying earlier than the normal SI date by 1 week earlier. The SI will not proceed. But it must be done much earlier, in my case about 5 working days earlier so the system can sort it out if it needs more time. Not sure if it works with just few days before SI if the system not yet sync up. Also not sure if it works for your AIA and PBB QM. Just sharing my similiar experience.

Now you remind me, I have SI (auto debit) for some other bills like TNB, telco, local authorities. What I do is manually overpay in advance by one month using own estimates. e.g. if my usage is RM200 monthly, I overpay to RM300 just to ensure the SI doesn't activate and I utilise my CC cashback first.

I know I cancelled my insurance auto-debit since I want to go back to manually paying it to have more control.

Conclusion: advance payment over SI works for me.

Also depends if you have outstanding balances, Balance Transfer, Installment Plans, etc. i.e. anything credit that you have used, but not yet pay.

Wait later this evening or tonight. Else tomorrow. I notice the same issue with my PBB statement also. Download previous month statement is all good. But download latest statement <0.5 day is error. Wait >0.75+++ day then can download as normal.
