unfortunately, banks have no control how Lazada/merchant doing the charging.

fortunately, pbb is generous in goodwill to manually credit back the cb if you continue to follow up and/or provide proof of purchase.

to be safe or less tedious next time, avoid Lazada with pbb cb cards.
