I saw one of my past Lazada Wallet transactions was posted two days later. 16th Jan transacted but only posted on 18th Jan.

Before i proceed to cancel my pbb visa quantum card (coz used it for e-wallet top up mostly), could i clarify that if i use my card directly to pay for an item in shopee/ grab food/ lazada , i will still entitle for rebate?

hi guys visa signature and quantum master still entitle to cashback when top up ewallet? I top up my shopee wallet at the end of February. I still can get cashback . can anyone advice? thought not entitle liao anymore

Daheck PBB CC side department.. want buy something during 3.3 midnight sales at shopee, cannot receive any OTP (tried like 15 times including 2 times of restarting phone).. then switch payment to PBB saving account to pay, can receive OTP..

Recently, a fraudulent transaction not authorized by me was charged to my PB CC, without SMS OTP authorization.
Within the next hour, I called PB, to block my CC, and request a replacement of the CC with the new card numbers.
When I called PB, the fraudulent transaction was still floating. I specially requested PB to block the fraudulent transaction, from being settled by the merchant.   
1) The issue is that a few days later, I noticed that the fraudulent transaction was posted, in the unbilled transaction. Why did PB not block the fraudulent transaction, from being settled?
Does PB really like to undergo additional inconvenience of performing the chargeback process, which may require several weeks?
2) If the amount of the fraudulent transaction becomes a part of statement balance, do I need to pay for the fraudulent transaction first? Then, wait for the chargeback process to be completed a few weeks later, and then PB refunds the money to my CC, right?

Can I choose to pay a smaller amount (= statement balance - amount of the fraudulent transaction), on the payment due date?

P/S: if you are using prepaid cards eg Bigpay, Wise, Kiplepay, always freeze the cards, unfreeze the card only when you want to perform a transaction.

I dont think it is due to that. I agree with other forumers, that it will be in effect in the next statement to allow for a smooth transition. Reason being transactions below RM30 still gets CB, showing that the revised term is not enforced yet.

Why do you think Islamic Visa is affected?

My interpretation is RM2888/6888 categories already finished. Now left with RM1888 and RM888 portions.
