i think there is an old saying that saved card uses Toll / Bridge (or something) MCC. Public Bank dont give cashback for that. So it's PBB or TNG issue?

shoppee and grab don't operate toll and bridges. therefore it's near impossible they get to use toll/bridge MCC

what do you mean apply in Nov? Campaign is on a monthly basis, follows calendar month. What you spent in Oct won't be counted for Nov.

It's possible. But if you search for "toll" here, you can find many posts about this already.

So it could be either recurring payment OR Toll (people already checked the MCC), which is not possible to be paid Online. You're doing it online, but don't know how TNG charge to your card.
