Wtf la still want build more condo along Sentul Pasar road but the Pasar itself still like 50 years back no proper parking people park along the road left and right from 3 lanes become 2 lanes, 2 lanes become 1 lane. Greedy developers and state government.

Yeah. It’s abit too much larh without the significant upgrade of infrastructure to accommodate the huge influx of residents.

Pity the initial residents.

I remember, read in M Centura thread, the guesstimate back then with this M series, total units along 2.5km stretch of jln sentul pasar was reaching 10k units.

Wonder, berapa k units along this road now?

Still got peoples buying since it is close to the city. Hopefully can improve the infra in the future. Currently have 6 active developers now. OSK, Mah Sing, LSH, Kerjaya Prospek/ Sunsuria , Minest & PV.

Not only this area. other areas are same, SPA price 700k-900k, now worth 450-500k for You Residence. pity is the real own stay, for investor, it is timing difference to realize their gains.

AHAHAH the Cheras area Batu 11 also suddenly huge influx of developments. Making the place more congested in the future. The second hand car dealer at the back could potentially be blocks of bricks in the years to come 😤😫

Confirm will another mix development for the 2nd hand car dealer land. Tauke car dealer is waiting for best price to sell.

sad to see oldest condo in Sentul Pasar area, Sri Suajaya.. I think nobody will buy that condo if sell expensive since there has a lot condo/apartment in that area.
