Still got peoples buying since it is close to the city. Hopefully can improve the infra in the future. Currently have 6 active developers now. OSK, Mah Sing, LSH, Kerjaya Prospek/ Sunsuria , Minest & PV.

Not only this area. other areas are same, SPA price 700k-900k, now worth 450-500k for You Residence. pity is the real own stay, for investor, it is timing difference to realize their gains.
