Agreed. My parents still staying in sentul, i move out because of the massive jam that cost me almost 40 mins just to get from Maxim side to the Fennel.

Yes. Ppl who need it and enjoy the area will still buy. Just that the area is currently flooded with residential unit being auctioned that makes it less promising. Don’t get me wrong.

Woah that’s not a lot but massive influx of future residents in Sentul.

Assuming the min of 2 pax per parcel should easily sum up to 10k of residents.

Mind blowing. But more excited on the amenities and infrastructure they offered to accommodate the future residents.
