Hi what’s their plan on this piece of land.

As for now, no news from OSK Prop on this development.

They should bring in their "Atria" management and have a neighborhood mall there since Jalan Sentul Pasar itself now is so occupied with apartments units. Also the piece of land last time supposed to have a Aeon mall actually.

The jap ain't that dumb i think. They do very in depth "baloi" survey on any new aeon mall locality.

They don't rent. They build, own and operate. Not play sewa, tak baloi close, shift

Yeap logical as that time the area density is not suitable yet for a large mall.

But with that said I think it's a different story now, more matured and further upcoming development.. The place is getting crowded
