Maybe the group's owner can create a google form? So people can just use the google form instead of keep asking

Hi owners. Understand that MOT is not free. Is that true for those who have already signed SPA? Quite sizeable chunk of money to pay for a 1.3M plus property.

And we work in PJ and Kota Kemuning. How's the traffic like to and fro? Super difficult nowadays to get a good landed freehold property šŸ˜‘ We stay un a Subang terrace and looking to upgrade to a bigger size house

Yes, MOT is not free and have to be paid by purchasers.

During peak morning and late evening, traffic quiet bad to go to PJ (>1 hour) if you working on normal working hours. Other time or if flexible working hours, traffic is still ok
